LiteLiteCopter

Research and development effort over the last three years has been applied to develop a simpler, lighter, more affordable, single-seat helicopter. A helicopter with a modern stylish enclosure, not just a bare frame and seat rendition but something that has some outstanding new features. Something that does not exist in the marketplace today. It’s called the LIteLiteCopter, chiefly because its empty weight will be only 85 lbs (39kg), enabling it to be in any ultralight vehicle category worldwide. In fact, it should really be called a microlight. It will sell in the marketplace for $US25,000 as a completely finished, tested product (not a kit). It will come with a modified 2-stroke air cooled gas engine as standard. Optional versions can be ‘morphed” into either a hybrid gas-electric or pure electric. The power plant mount or frame is designed for easy conversion to both. A minimum flying time (at 55mph) will be 3 hours (all gas), 2 hours (hybrid) and 1 hour (electric). This

BKV Group from United States Titled “The Vertical Sustainable City,” the supertall skyscraper concept is an expression of the opportunities and constraints urbanistic contexts present to architects. Juxtaposing the idea of a sprawling, urban development, the vertical shape of the tower is a direct response to minimizing the structure’s footprint. The ground floors house commercial areas framed within a vertical mall concept, with a Food Production area directly above where residents and visitors are treated to a vertical, urban farm. Traditionally, agriculture is trucked into cities from rural areas, but this tower posits a farm-to-table experience where food can be grown, harvested, and consumed on-site in a single, vertical structure. Having access to the vertical farm are residences in the upper half of the tower that also feature access to drone landing pads. There, electric and solar-powered drones can dock at or near the elevated housing units – taking traffic off the

I seemed to have failed in most things after high school. I couldn't secure a job in Oman after internship due to anti foreigner Omanisation law which made me fled to France. Unfortunately initially my visa application was rejected as they said my documents were fake, however a kind french teacher told them I was genuine and good so they gave me the visa. After coming to France late due to late approval of visa Audencia didn't enroll so I worked as English teacher at local schools and as a baby sitter which helped me learn french a bit. Then I enrolled for CentraleSupelec which postponed the study to 2017 yet I was faced with expiring Visa so I enrolled in ESTACA for visa and hoping to get a job in Aviation. ESTACA proved very technical which made me fail my studies as I wasn't able to secure an internship. Then I applied around more than 87 alternance opportunity for PMTI and all of them rejected my applications. But thanks to kind teachers who helped me secur
