He likes to invent since he was a child. He started repairing alarm clocks and pin locks at the age of 6 or 7, and completed the first invention in his life at the age of 30—the cloth press. Nowadays, he is still working tirelessly. He has obtained a patent for the invention of a 2N-layer rotor hub electric helicopter. His wish is to let this new type of helicopter fly into the blue sky from the blueprint.

The first invention in life

Peng Kai, born in Qianxi County, Guizhou Province, was born in 1951. He claimed to be an "invention fan."

Peng Kai told reporters that when he was still in school, he and his neighbors had repaired an alarm clock and a marble lock. Once he saw someone make a movable bench and learned to make one when he went home.

In the 1960s, Peng Kai went to Qianxi No. 1 Middle School and became a representative of physics department. He was also a member of the school's aviation model team. Since then, he has an "aviation dream" in his heart.

After he finished junior high school, he started doing small jobs. In 1970, he went to work in a coal construction and installation company. Others lighted the cannon and lit the fuse with cigarette butts. In 1981, Peng Kai completed the first real invention in his life at the Qianxi Supply and Marketing Cooperative.

At that time, the National Supply and Marketing Cooperatives encouraged their employees to develop a technical invention of cloth drawing card sales. Peng Kai's cloth code machine prints the size and quantity on the side of the cloth. The pressed cloth is rolled into a ball, like a tape measure, how much is sold and how much is left, you can see clearly just by looking at the head of the cloth, there are fewer short items and corruption, and the handover is also clear.

Because of this small invention, Peng Kai received a bonus of 30 yuan, which was equivalent to one month's salary at the time.

Embark on the road of invention and entrepreneurship

In 1982, Peng Kai applied for leave without pay and began to invent and start a business.

Peng Kai recalled that he initially contracted a prefabricated board factory. He found that if you can use old wire ropes to produce prefabricated panels, you can save a lot of money, but there is butter on the wire ropes. If you want to use wire ropes to produce prefabricated panels, you must completely remove the butter, otherwise the wire rope will slip in the prefabricated panels and cause accidents.

In 1985, after many experiments, Peng Kai invented a method to clean up waste steel wire rope oil: Put the steel wire rope into boiled sulfuric acid, and the oil would be boiled clean.

After being tested by the Provincial Building Material Quality Inspection Station, the prefabricated panels produced by Pengkai Prefabricated Panel Factory can load 500 kilograms per square meter, while ordinary civil buildings can reach the standard with only 300 kilograms.

"In those days, ten thousand households were amazing." Peng Kai said that due to the good quality and low price, Peng Kai made 50,000 yuan after operating the prefabricated board factory for two months. It is a pity that some people in Anshun area used old steel wire ropes to produce prefabricated panels. However, the incomplete treatment of oil pollution caused slippage. The prefabricated panels broke and fell and killed people. The relevant departments in the province issued a document prohibiting the use of steel wire ropes to produce prefabricated panels.

In the early 1990s, Peng Kai successively invented "the production mold for cement electric poles", "domestic steam ovens", "household multi-purpose furnaces", "threshers", "reusable cement bags", and "sewer leaking cover and filtration." "Net bag" and many other patents.

Once, Peng Kai saw that a good cement bag turned into rubbish after one use. He felt it was a pity that he kept wondering how to reuse the cement bag.

He designed the two pieces at the bottom of the cement bag into a hook shape. The samples passed the inspection of the Guizhou Provincial Construction Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Station and reached the national cement bag standard. One bag can be reused more than 10 times without changing the cement filling equipment.

Patented helicopter for invention

Since childhood, Peng Kai, who was in his sixtieth year, became obsessed with helicopters.

One day in 2000, when Peng Kai took a bus from Qianxi to Guiyang and drove to the Yachi River, the bus rushed out of the highway and hit a rock, causing many injuries in the bus. Although Peng Kai was not injured, he thought from then on that if a new type of low-cost helicopter was invented for passenger transport, many traffic accidents could be avoided.

Peng Kai told reporters that the principle of helicopter flight is very simple. The rotation speed of the rotor can reach a certain speed. Through the change of the inclination angle of the rotor disk, a wind in the air in an oblique direction is created, which is the flight direction.

Through observation, Peng Kai found that the flying direction of the helicopter is controlled by the tilt direction of the rotor, while the existing helicopter does not directly control the tilt direction of the rotor. He needs to find a way to directly tilt the rotor.

For this reason, Peng Kai has repeatedly visited Beijing Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and China Helicopter Research Institute for technical exchanges.

The price of the new helicopter is about 100,000

It is understood that the 2N-layer rotor hub electric helicopter is composed of multiple 2-layer rotor hub electric helicopters vertically combined on the outer rotor shell of the hub motor.

Its characteristic is that a tubular main shaft is set on the fuselage of the aircraft, the upper and lower parts of the main shaft are provided with a spherical seat, and the outer rotor motor is installed on the spherical seat. Because the upper and lower brackets are installed on the non-rotating stator, the pilot controls the rod through the inclined surface. Peng Kai introduced that the new helicopter he invented is low in price, safe, energy-saving, and easy to maintain. It can be used in tourism, transportation, rescue and other fields. The most important thing is that the price is cheap. The domestic helicopter is expected to be around 100,000 yuan, and the working class can afford it.

"There is a long way to go from patented invention to landing production. After nearly 20 years of hard work, with the support of a certain university and unit in Guangdong, a prototype will be manufactured within this year."
