Busan is also an international container port responsible for exporting Korea's manufactured goods and importing the raw materials. Its expanding rapidly due to Korea's increased manufacturing capacity which means it is more vulnerable to threats by external parties. This is the reason why there's so many heliports there. Both civilian and military.
