Serial production of own helicopters will be established in Dagestan
The republican enterprise JSC "Concern KEMZ" plans to mass-produce a multi-purpose five-seat helicopter AP-55 of its own design.
A light, single-engine vehicle with a payload of up to 600 kg is a development of Moscow designers and Kizlyar KEMZ. It is designed to transport passengers and cargo.
This helicopter, as well as the pride of the enterprise - the project "Creation of a multi-purpose four-seat twin-engine aircraft MAI-411 Alfa-KM from composite materials", is being implemented by the Concern within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of the aviation industry".
The program was created for import substitution and increasing the share of civilian production.
